Who we are

What we collect

The ROH Report form

The form at /book/ is the only place on this site where you type anything about yourself. When you submit it, we receive:

• Your name, work email, and company name.
• Your industry and how customers buy from you, chosen from a fixed list.
• For each workload you describe, up to three: your written description of it, the kinds of steps involved, roughly how often it runs, roughly how many minutes each run takes, and what it costs you when it goes wrong.
• Any other time sinks you tick.
• Your blended hourly rate and monthly software spend, both optional. Leave them out and the report stays in hours with no money figures.
• Anything you selected in the Bill Swap tool earlier in your visit, if you used it, so the report can account for it.
• Your browser time zone, so any follow-up is scheduled in your local time rather than ours.
• A request identifier and submission timestamp, which let us recognize a duplicate click instead of sending you two reports.

The form has one hidden field that real people never see or fill in. It exists to catch automated spam and is discarded.

As of August 5, 2026 the ROH Report intake is not yet accepting submissions. This section describes what happens once it opens.

The optional phone call

The form offers a phone walkthrough of your report. It is off unless you turn it on. If you do, we also receive your phone number and a record of your consent: the exact wording you agreed to, the version of that wording, the page you agreed on, and the time you agreed. We keep that record so we can show what you were told and when.

If you do not opt in, we never collect your phone number and no call is placed.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages get read. It records the usual web analytics signals: pages viewed, approximate location derived from your IP address, referring site, device and browser type. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to tell one visit from another. You can block it with Google's opt-out add-on, with your browser's cookie controls, or with any content blocker.

Email you send us

If you write to us, we keep the message and your address in Google Workspace so we can reply and refer back to the thread.

Server logs

This site is served by Cloudflare Pages, and the automation behind the form runs on a server hosted with OVHcloud. Both keep short-lived request logs, including IP addresses, as part of running and securing the service. We do not build profiles from them.

Stored in your browser

While you fill in the form, your answers are saved in your browser's session storage so a refresh does not wipe your progress. That copy stays on your device, is not sent to us until you submit, and is cleared when you close the tab or when your submission succeeds. It is not a cookie and we cannot read it remotely.

Google Analytics sets its own cookies, described above. Apart from those, this site sets no cookies.

What we do with it

• Calculate your Return on Hours figures from what you told us.
• Generate the written parts of your report and email it to you.
• Record you as a contact so we can follow up about your report.
• If, and only if, you opted in, place one phone call about the report.
• Understand which pages of this site are useful.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not add you to a newsletter or send recurring marketing texts.

Which services process it

These are the actual products involved. Each holds some part of your data in order to do its job.

• Cloudflare serves this website and manages the domain.
• OVHcloud hosts the server that runs our automation.
• n8n, self-hosted on that server, receives your submission and stores it.
• Anthropic receives the parts of your brief needed to write the prose in your report. The model writes sentences only. Every figure in the report is calculated by our own code, not by the model.
• Google Workspace sends the report email and holds our mailbox.
• Google Analytics measures site traffic.
• Twenty is the CRM that holds your contact record.
• LiveKit and Twilio place the optional phone call and send a single booking confirmation text, and are involved only if you opted in.

The phone call, specifically

If you opted in, an automated voice agent calls you once. It says at the start that it is an AI receptionist. It confirms it is speaking to the right person before it discusses any figure from your report. If a meeting is useful, it checks the live calendar and books only a time you say out loud that you want. If you book, you get one confirmation text and no others.

We do not store a recording or a transcript of the call. We store that it happened and how it ended.

You can stop it at any point by saying so on the call, or reply STOP to the confirmation text. Consent to be called is never a condition of buying anything from us.

How long we keep it

Your intake record and contact record are kept while we may still be useful to you, and removed when you ask. Our automation is configured to retain the details of runs that failed, because we need them to fix the failure, and to discard the details of runs that succeeded. Email threads live in our mailbox until deleted. Google Analytics applies its own retention setting to traffic data.

Your choices

• Ask us for a copy of what we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct it.
• Ask us to delete it. We will, unless we are required to keep a record of a transaction.
• Say so on the call, or reply STOP to the text, to end phone contact.
• Block analytics using the options listed above.

Write to [email protected] for any of these. We will not ask you to justify the request.

Children

This is a service sold to businesses. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top. Material changes to what we collect or who processes it will be described here rather than made quietly.
