Does my account hold my data?
No. Your account manages your subscription. Your chats, files, and memory stay on your devices, and you unlock them on a new device by logging in and entering your encryption phrase.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
It stays on your devices. Your chats, files, and memory are never stored on Okroh's servers, so canceling never deletes them.
Can I switch plans or cancel anytime?
Yes. Subscriptions are billed month-to-month with no long-term contracts. You will have full flexibility to upgrade, switch plans, or cancel anytime with one click in your account settings.
What will your refund policy be?
Because subscriptions immediately allocate dedicated premium AI computing resources across all supported features, payments are non-refundable once billed. However, you will have complete freedom to cancel anytime with one click—you will never be billed again and you retain full access through the end of your billing cycle.
How will billing be handled?
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Okroh never sees or stores your card number.
What if I forget my encryption phrase?
Because your data is stored directly on your own hardware rather than our servers, you can easily regenerate your encryption phrase through any authorized device that currently has your data. Read Privacy Architecture →
